We called KMP today to come look at our AC unit that stopped working. They sent someone out almost within the hour. Billy showed up and quickly got to work diagnosing the problem. He took the time to show me the issue and explain what was going on. Extremely professional. I needed a whole new unit (which I suspected. Mine was from the 90s and other companies have been piecing it together for years of quick fixes) and he discussed cost options with me. He also helped me with financing. He’s even coming back tomorrow to put the new unit it already! Awesome experience. Would definitely recommend KMP to others!!!!
