Our Sam Houston State University graduate helps bring his enthusiasm and professionalism to help better the KMP team. Rustin has a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial technology and a minor in Agricultural Business. He started working with KMP in 2012 and in 2019 became a Master Plumber. 

Rachael graduated from Mary Hardin Baylor University with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. She has worked in public accounting as an Auditor and now handles Kennedale Mansfield Plumbing’s needs.

James started with KMP in 2006 as a commercial plumber's helper. James has grown over the last several years and now holds the title as the Special Projects Manager. 

Krystal Jackson started her career with KMP in 2017 as the Human Resources Director and recently received her SHRM-CP certification in 2019. Krystal brings a spark to the office and cares about each one of our team members like family. 

Ashley joined the KMP team in 2019 as an Accounts Payable Assistant and with her hard work and dedication she makes KMP a better place to work. 

Lauren has been Lead Accounts Receivable since she began her career with KMP in 2018. Lauren and her husband Logan both are members of the KMP team. 

Michael graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Manufacturing and Mechanical Engineering Technologies. He has a background in Estimating and CAD Modeling.  He started with KMP in 2016 as a Project Engineer and has since moved into a Project Manager role.
